About This Role

Join our leadership team at HallPass! We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary program and drive kitchen excellence. Responsibilities include leading the culinary team and developing new hires with training and guidance, ensuring general cleanliness of the heart-of-house and entire venue, handling all allergy and dietary modifications, ensuring BOH employees accurately follow all POS orders, initiating interviewing, hiring, and training of new applicants, conducting kitchen performance reviews, overseeing operations for safety, quality, recipe accuracy and financial profitability, supervising regular service, catering, take-out and events, and organizing and producing new recipes for menu items and specials. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in full-service, moderate to high volume restaurants - Proficient with computers, Excel, Toast, POS and technology - Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen - Professional verbal and written communication - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs - Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays --- Estamos contratando — Chef de Cuisine Unete a nuestro equipo de liderazgo en HallPass.
