About This Role
Join the HallPass team as a Happy Taps Bartender! You'll craft cocktails, serve beverages, and create memorable experiences for our guests in our vibrant food hall setting. Responsibilities include greeting all guests with a friendly demeanor, taking cocktail, beverage, and food orders, employing suggestive selling techniques, operating the cash register, performing side work, maintaining bar cleanliness, controlling food flow from the kitchen, communicating special instructions between kitchen staff and management, maintaining thorough knowledge of all menu items including ingredients and preparation methods, stocking products, verifying food consistency, organizing orders, making drinks, and ensuring your work area stays clean and orderly. Requirements: - Must be at least 21 years old - Valid alcohol service permit required - Minimum 1 year recent customer service experience - 3-6 months bar experience preferred - Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting 40 lbs - Must work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment --- Estamos contratando — Happy Taps Bartender Unete al equipo de HallPass como Happy Taps Bartender.
